I and my brother Mr Avinash Bachhil had booked plots ( H-15 and H-16 in Site 2 of Aranya City Project) vide attached documents.
My plot no is H-15 and my brother's plot no is H-16 in Site 2 of this project.
The booking was done through Investor Clinic who sadly happens to be your channel partner. The booking was done by Mr Amrish Shukla @ 23900 rupees per square yard after approval from his Senior Mr Anurag.
The booking forms of the individual plots booked by me and my brother was filled and handed over to Amrish Shukla along with 10 percent booking amount cheques of INR 253746.00 ( two cheques separately of INR 253746.00 for plots H-15 and H-16 ). Mr Rajesh Arora was also present along with Amrish Shukla.
Both the cheques got cleared on 21.02.22 . Since then we are waiting for Allotment Letter inspite of several reminders.
In this process of plot booking, Investor Clinic employees have misbehaved with us several times in relation to booking matter. This was intimated to Mr Anurag and Amrish but as usual they are least bothered about it since they seem to be habitual of these kind of happenings.
Four persons who misbehaved are Amrish Shukla, Saurabh, Mr Gupta ( First name is forgotten) and Rajesh.
This will become the case of fraud and forgery of documents if we are not allotted the plots as mentioned in the booking form.
Raheja has deposited our cheque in bank. This is only done when booking is approved. The builder is supposed to give us the Allotment Letter immediately since it is more than 10 days since the date of cheque clearance.
After cheque clearance, booking is always confirmed. Kindly send us the Allotment Letter immediately.
Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest as it is becoming a case of mental harrassment which cannot be tolerated any longer.
