I am Radha Sharma (Mob-[protected]), I was looking a flat in Greater Noida in 2016 starting, IC sales member Mr. Deendyal (Mob- [protected]) contacted me and give me proposal for Aditya word city. For the same I gave 3.18Lakh as a token amount, but due to some of our internal issues we ask them to cancel the booking and return our amount. But they didn't cancel and ask us to move on Fusion homes greater noida with a better deal, we agreed on it and again they demanded 10% advance for it. Now we paid Rs2Lakh as a token amount. After sometime Mr. Deendyal contacted us that because of some concern we cannot continue with Fusion but having a better deal in Rise resort residency, but it is expensive product. He blackmailed us by saying if you cannot pay so your 5.18Lakh we cannot return.
And the new project cost is Rs72Lakh. For saving a small amount we planned to sell our Delhi's house and continue with it.
Now for Rise resort we paid 19 lakh cash and 5.18lakh by cheque as per advuce from Mr. Deendyal. This amount we have paid in 2017. After sometime Mr. Deendyal called us and said our company (Investor clinic) divided into two parts 1 part became Investor clinic and 2nd Wealth Clinic.
So, they told me that our Rise documents are with wealth clinic and because of some disputes they are not giving back the documents. Now they offered us Supertech E square shop and make us belief that they will adjust our back money in the shop but the shop price is 84 lakh. After selling our Delhi's home also we don't had that much amount. So we decided to take 30 to 40 Lakh loan for it.
And in 2019 starting we paid 14.7lakh to Supertech by cheque to come out for the situation. With this we have applied for a loan of 40Lakh from ICICI bank, but their was a concern from supertech they was not able to give some OC, CC documents to the bank because of this ICICI didn't give loan.
Supertech and Invester cling members told us give us complete amount in cash else we cannot go further. We don't had that much of cash.
Again Invester clinc members contacted us and said that there is a deal from Migsun we can give you Migsun Ultimo 3BHK flat in 64Lakh and will close this issue. We again agree on it to close this conflict.
After this we have paid more 17, 92000 to Investor clinc to solve this. They make an agreement between Investor clinic and us for the same and mentioned all of the above details in it and give us the time that by the end of March 2020 they will close every thing and give us the handover of Migsun flat.
But till now nothing happens. All the above mentioned details are having in mails discussion b/w us and Investor cling, with this a legal document also they made for Migsun in which they mentioned above all the things.
Till now we are empty handed and seeking for help.
