Iob Bank — Amount debited for faliure transaction in pos

I have purchased in chennai silks karur on 01 jan 2016(01/01/16) for rs.3260 is used iob rupay debit card for payment. Amount debited for failure transaction . I enquired chennai silk for the same after 3 days and their side was clear. I asked bank branch for details they are not responding good. Even neft transfer took 72 hours to credit in benificary account. My details as follows: bank:iob branch: kandampalayam district: karur state:tamilnadu acc:[protected] please help me in this regards.
