I have taken 2 years service contract from Ion Exchange but they are not honouring service contract at all. I have been calling them for over 10 days. First they don't register the complaint and then finally they registered the complaint the service person is not visiting the house to service the complaint. In the previous service 6 months ago they charged about 1000 INR even after the service contact of 7200 INR (for 2 Years). I regret taking service contract from such a unprofessional and unethical company. The terms and condition are not transparent at all. They would first make enter the contract and then dictate terms.
