IRB Infrastructure — Extra charges taken at the Talegao toll plaza

I was traveling on 21.02.22 from Pune to Mumbai, I arrived at Talegao toll plaza in the morning at 6.08. I have a fast tag account (ID number is [protected]) so I used the fast tag lane. The machine was showing insufficient balance as the reason, so the operator charged me 540 rs at that point I paid the charge & arrived home after that I checked my account balance which was Rs 956, so the problem was in the machine. I had to pay an extra charge without my fault in it. Please look into the matter & return me the extra charges. I am attaching the documents with this email as proof for the above-stated matter.
