[Resolved] IRB Infrastructure — fastag wrongly charged twice at mumbai pune expressway

My fastag of car MH02BZ9137 wrongly charged both times while going from Mumbai to Pune on 26th October 2019 as well as on 28th October 2019 while coming from Pune to Mumbai via the expressway. Toll both operator was informed that fastag is installed on car but they said that the tag is invalid and not working and took entire toll amount. Amount cut on 26th October Rs. 173. Amount cut on 28th October Rs. 173 as well as Rs. 57.

We are in receipt of your email dated 28/10/2019, In this regard, would like to inform as under
1. Pursuant to expiry of concession period for Mumbai-Pune Expressway, we have already handed over project to MSRDC on 10/8/2019. The incident forwarded to us is subsequent to our handing over of project to MSRDC and therefore we express our inability to comment on same.
2. You are requested to take the matter with MSRDC and/or concerned Toll Plaza Operator.
