Greetings,
This is in response to your complaint received through ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ Portal, dtd: 12th March 2017, relating to non refund of 0.50 paisa to you at our Kavadipath Toll Plaza on Pune Solapur Highway.
At the outset, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and thank you very much for bringing the incident to our notice.
In this regard, we wish to further clarify as under:
Our Sr. Management has thoroughly gone through your complaint and also viewed the CCTV Footage & it is learnt that you had requested for free passage, as your vehicle belong to MH 12 registration (MH 12 NT 1874), residing at Hadapsar (Pune) and argued over toll payment with on duty Toll Staff. You also demanded for ‘Complaint Book’, which was promptly arranged, copy of your hand written complaint is enclosed herewith in support. There were no any incident of fighting & misbehavior by our staff, as alleged by you.
Please be informed that as per Govt. Notification No.S.O.1404 (E) there is no exemption to any individuals in the payment of toll charges except the ones mentioned in the aforesaid notification.
The same was conveyed to you by our staff. You then paid Rs.40/- for toll payment of Return Pass of Rs.37.50, as per Car Category was issued and balance of Rs.3/- instead of Rs.2.50, was refunded to you (0.50 excess paid ), which you have admitted in your email. You then left the plaza duly satisfied.
In conclusion, we deny all your allegations.

My suggestion is to take one point toll from Mumbai to AHMEDABAD and vis a vis.
