Greetings!
We are in receipt of your email dtd: 25.12.2018 relating to cleanliness at Nadiad Toll Plaza on Ahmedabd - Vadodra Expressway, registered under ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ portal.
We would like to thank you for highlighting the issue. We hereby inform that matter has been investigated by us and clarify as under:
1. Strict instructions have been given to all our staffs to follow general discipline & observe guidelines of ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan’ & not to throw any type of garbage including toll receipts etc on road. Any type of garbage must be disposed in bins and/or designated disposal area.
2. Dustbins have been provided at all toll booths / locations, we will ensure that proper cleanliness will be maintained at toll plazas henceforth.
3. Please note that toll plaza area is cleaned by our support staffs thrice a day to maintain cleanliness & hygiene.
4. Once again, we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused to you and highly appreciate your feedback as it will help us to improve our services.
