[Resolved] IRB Infrastructure — toll collected twice on credit card

While travelling from pune to mumbai on 9th jan 2019, toll of rs230/- was paid by me through my citibank credit card at 4.44pm. The toll person told me that the payment did not come through and the payment is cancelled I gave the card again and this time (At 4.45 pm) the card payment was done correctly But i got notification from the bank that 2 payments are done at 4.44pm and again at 4.45 pm both of rs 230/- each! I need to know if this toll plaza is legal at Moshi Pune.

We have MH14 registered vehicle, is it exempted from this toll payment?

We saw MH14 vehicle passed by without any toll payment. But our vehicle obstructed for no reason.

Is it dependant on that employee's mood to take toll?

Also my humble request to company, please stop this loot business if it's illegal.

I checked charge for this toll from below website.

These guys charged me 34 rupees.
But on this site it is 25 rupees

Is there any other to check what actual toll charge is?
