IRB Infrastructure — Toll collection from resident of mira road east

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 401107

I live at Mira Road East which is just 3 kms away from Dahisar Toll Naka but till i have to pay toll of Rs.35 everyday for one time trip. My complaint is that as per regulation if person living within 5 kms of toll plaza he is not suppose to pay Toll fee, then why i am force to pay toll at Dahisar Toll Naka.
