Greetings!
We are in receipt of your email dtd: 16.12.2018 relating to delay while crossing at Dehuroad Toll Plaza, registered under ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ portal.
At the outset, we sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused to you. In this regard, we would like to clarify as under:
1. As you have not shared journey details viz copy of Toll Receipt, lane / booth no, Date & Time, with us, we are unable to investigate the matter. We request you to share the same to investigate further.
2. We would like to assure you that there is conscious and continuous effort by us to avoid delay to user in crossing toll Plaza at all times. However, you will appreciate that there may be times when some vehicle users refuse to cooperate and/or are not sensitive to others.
3. We would also like to inform you that we are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per the guidelines of ‘Maharashtra Road Development Corporation Ltd’ (MSRDC) and notification issued by Govt. of Maharashtra. Please note that as per said notification, there is no provision of any compensation.
