I am Chekka Venkatesh, I was took Agent code in Life insurance corporation of india, my Agent code is LIC06525642 which was already terminated on[protected], but when i checked in irda pan lookup portal my agent code status is still showing as INFORCE, so please change status and remove my PAN from irda pan lookup portal, my PAN number is AYHPV8358D.

I got form 1-C on DECEMBER 21ST 2022 from Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and the status of my PAN is not updated on the IRDAI portal.

I got form 1 c on March 7th, 2023 from Religare (Care) Health insurance and the status of my PAN is not updated on the IRDAI portal. I again passed IRDAI corporate agent exam on April 7, 2023 as an HDFC Bank employee.
Kindly process the same and do the needful at the earliest as I am struggling to get it delinked from January 2023 and my corporate agent code couldn't be generated as my PAN status is showing...

I have resigned from Niva Bupa Agency channel on 20/12/2022 and they have issued cessation letter as a proof of my resignation. But my PAN EANPS7268K is not yet removed from IRDA website.

I have reach out to Niva Bupa to remove my PAN but they told IRDA website is not working.

I have surrendered my agent code on 23rd May and I got my noc from Edelweiss Tokio life insurance on 9th June but on Irda portal still my status is showing as Inforce, kindly change that status as my career is on the line, my next company is not releasing the offer letter until status changes.
