Irda — CAI[protected]-need noc required or not.. Kindly confirm please

Respected sir/Mam,
I like to inform you that i was working with bandhan bank due to some problem i spot resigned and not given released letter .Multiple times requested to give release letter or i will give 3months notice period money. They was not accepted and absconding me. Then i started my career again as a fresher.
I have passed the irdai exam on 2021, bank is not given noc as of now.. I can't track by pan in irdai website. Now i am recently joined a bank, they ask if you are qualified irdai certificate then need noc certificate.. Kindly help me to give NOC for fresh sp code generation.. As BANK destroyed my few years. I need your intervention and need help.
