Irechargeonline.com — Failed recharge | |||||
I have done recharge of Rs. 825/- through Axis Bank on 15.04.2016. Bu the recharge failed and they have assured to give the refund within 7 to 10 days. But till date I have not got the refund. It seems that the company had the habit of duping customers. If it is not resolved within next week I am sure to take some stringent action. I will not let them go scotfree. even i lost Rs 786 and 400 for two recharges.

This company irechargeonline is cheating all the customers, they dont have any intentions of returning money, all the transactions are failing and they are not returning the funds
Please do register a complaint in cyber crime branch cell as i have done it today as i am also been duped with 1910 rs during recharge, we need to burst this racket immediately from karnataka.
While paying idea postpaid mobile bill through Irechargeonline recharge got failed.Transaction date[protected].
However my money got debited from my account.
As my transaction got failed on[protected] still no refund from irechargeonline tried manually following as per the knowledge base details.
After a week also I am not able to login to my account to create New support ticket.
I am getting same error message saying (your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator ([protected]@irechargeonline.com)).
I tried as per the knowledge base but it din't worked out, with error support id and password is incorrect,
when i tried to do forgot password it was not working on that side also.
This is absolutely a false firm kindly advice what to do next?
