[Resolved] Itzcash Card — Card is not delivered even after five months

I've ordered an EBIX cash card on May 20th which is not yet delivered and i've connected twice or thrice to customer support as well, but it is not useful at all they are not providing any ticket Id or something, they say they will look into the issue which is not yet resolved. Money is going to expire soon.

The customer care service is so bad that to connect the call we need to waste 2 to 3 hrs.

I feel it is more of fraud

I've written a mail to nodal officer instead of help. it got resolved quickly after that.

ItzCash Card customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Its the worst experience with these people customer care can't connect and not update written lot of mails but no reply at all

Have you received EBIX CASH CARD??
I have not received yet they didn't pick call nor they replied to any mail i send . I do not what steps i should take next.please help me sir if possible
