Whenever you search for services on Google, this one pops up in the first page on top always! I was a gullible customer wanting for a Marriage certificate service . I spoke to the customer care first. They asked me to pay Rs 7000 and said that the marriage certificate would be delivered within a week's time. I gave them all the required documents. This was in March 2023. After a week's time, there was no update and tried calling their number, to no avail. No one responded. I raised a ticket in November 2023 and no action has been taken. When I logged into their website, it stated that my order has been delivered! I have never shared my address with them! How could they deliver it?! The courier details has some date as 1970!! I messaged them that I want my money back, but no response. I unnecessarily donated 7000 to these fraudsters.
Be careful, go ahead, if you want to lose money and time!:)
