You have been chosen to proceed with the agreement and interview process with itzel sandiego energy company. We appreciate your interest and willingness to work in our company. We have gone through your profile which has made us to consider offering you the position of a mechanical maintenance technician.
We would have loved to conduct this interview with you on the phone, but considering the numbers of candidate we have to contact and the time involved in doing this, we have decided to interview you by mail. There is an attached letter of interview questions to this mail which you are expected to use your wisdom and answer the questions attached to this mail for a successful interview and answer as requires. You passing of this interview will determine if you will be chosen to work in our company or not but we believe that you will be among the successful candidates to be selected. This is because of your work experience, but this position becomes official when you pass our interview.
As you must know, few candidates have been able to get selected because some could not provide good and convincing answers to the interview questions. Do ensure to return answers to the interview questions attached to this mail along with a signed contract agreement as it will enable us process your file. All instructions must be strictly adhered otherwise, cancellation may occur. Therefore be careful and answer the questions as required. Note that you should write the answers on a sheet of paper and append your signature as well as staple copy of your passport size photograph then scan and send it to us via e-mail attachment.
However, an employment contract agreement letter is also attached along with the interview questions, kindly read through and sign if your agree with the company norms and return it to us immediately along with the interview answers for other official protocols if you accept the conditions. You must know that we have few weeks of enrollment in our company with all the legal formalities being completed including the visa processing period. The company will provide a free accommodation that befits family size not exceeding 4 occupants in its housing estate for its employee. This means that you are not providing any accommodation for yourself throughout the period you will be working with us.
If you agree with this employment schedules and you are ready to relocate and work with us, print out the contract agreement, append your signature to it after reading and send it back to us for office use. Nevertheless, having read and accepted the norms and ethics of the company/contract agreement, you are requested to send a scan copy of your certificates as proof of educational qualification alongside with acceptance of this contract for proper documentation. Your certificates will help us to prepare the documents that we will be sending to the high commission of canada nearest to you for your visa application formalities to be processed.
Please note that if the interview questions are answer correctly, then you will be officially appointed and will be directed to the canada immigration at the high commission of canada nearest to you. They will assist you to process all the necessary documents which will enable you to travel to canada for this employment. We shall send your documents to them if we are satisfied with your interview answers, and a signed agreement according to the company rules. Then intent appointment letter will be given to you. This letter will help you to get your visa and other relevant travelling documents, which will enable you, come into canada to resume your duty.
