[Resolved]  IV Support Technologies — Sexual Harassment

Hi I was In IV support for more than 3 months. Company which is in GUINDY RR TOWERS PHASE 3. I got selected for the sales process without any questions. NIRMAL was the person who conducted the interview for me. After two I have started my carrier in IV Support Technologies, First two days that TL Nirmal was talking to me normally and sometimes he crossed his limit. But after he came to know that I was got engaged he started to harass me nothing like anything. That guy don’t know how to behave with girls. If I and my friend go to break means, He will come and unnecessarily he will spoke to us in bad manner. And also in the floor itself he abused girls in bad words. Talking about their our ………. So I warned him so many times, But it goes in wrong way.. Days goes on he started to torture me literally, And started to scold me in bad words in front of everyone while I was in the floor. One day he told me to logout at the mid time of 01:00 AM. So I came out and called to my husband, And he fought with the management by asking “ HOW YOU SENDING A GIRL OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE AT MIF NIGHT” after that, They told me to give a written statement that I was going out of the in my personal. But after that only I came to know that to do some misbehave only he sent out. After two days he terminate me for nothing reason. Even HR SHANKAR also knows whose side is mistake. After knowing all they did like this. So beware of girls, Before joining in IV Support. My personal request to girls don’t go to IV SUPPORT.
