Ivl Finance Limited — False Loan Showing against my name

Hi,

I have not taken any loan from this company nor used any of their card or app. Still its showing loan against my name.

Its showing a personal loan, Sanctioned amount is 2, 500 & amount to be paid is 24, 097.

Please look into this matter or guide me how to go about it.

My CIBIL is affected because of this.
