Ivl Finance Limited — Resolve the issue of my emi which I have already paid but it still showing overdue

My emi is still showing overdue but I alreadypaid it. I pay the emi in cash through the ivl finance limited employee. Maybe he cheated on me .please take the strict action against it. It may be impact on my cibil score
