The booking is done from Bangalore to Hyderabad, for my mother and daughter, an elderly lady and a child via redbus, the pickup location was wrongly given, and they were kept waiting for more than 1.5 hrs. On reaching the bus stop, they have called and asked them to cross a road. In a city like bangalore, it does take 5 mins to croos a road, and the bus driver couldnt wait for 5 mins. They are asked to come all the way to hebbal if they have to take the bus where they had to wait for 30 mins again. We have requested to cancel and refund as well as it was difficult for us to catch the bus with both being elderly person and child, however, the behaviour of the staff, driver and conducter is very rude. No basic sense on how to talk with women, elderly people. We need an apology in written for their behaviour and refund for their mistake of giving a wrong boarding point which made us spend an amount equal to ticket price to catch the bus.
