[Resolved] Jabong.com — Amount not refunded | |||||
Hi, This complaint is regarding the pair of shoes i ordered on jabong on 12th july 2016. Order id: [protected] It has been showing that the refund has been initiated since 5th august 2016, also that the amount will be refunded back within 7 days. But i haven't received my money back yet. I have mailed to the chief manager several times explaining this issue but i don't think so that he has got the balls to answer. Kindly request you to shutdown this site as these guys have been fooling many a guys like me from a while. They never pick the call and never ever reply over mail as well.
