[Resolved] Jabong.com — Bad customer care | |||
I ordered a product on 24 june on which i used my jabong credits. After 2 -3 days I called the customer care and asked them to cancel the order and the person told me hat the order is cancelled. Then after a few days I recieved a call and i was again asked to confirm the cancellation of the order. I again confirmed the cancellation. Then the next day I again recieved a call to confirm the cancellation which was still not confirmed. I again confirmed again. Then the same thing happened again and i again had to confirm the cancellation. After a few days i recieved a message which said that my cancellation was not confirmed so I had to cancel it again. After all of this also i did not reieve my credits back. Then i called customer care and talked to Mr. Vivek sharma who told me that it was the jabong team's mistake as they BYMISTAKE dispatched the order without asking me whether i wanted it or not and then he assured me that i will recieve my money th same day but i did not recieve it. Then i again ha to call to ask for my money and the person i talked to now was very very rude. He told me that i would recieve the money back on the same day but i haven't. I am fed up of you people. You can just lie but u can not fulfill the needs of the customer. You people are the most fake people i have ever dealt with. I just want my money back and i am never going to order anything from jabong ever because there are many companies which provide much much better service than you. i want to exchange vero moda top, size is not according to my choice...i have called customer care thrice!! i m not satisfied with the size. plz help me !!
