I have placed an order on 27th march, 2017 received the order on 29th march, 2017, which had 3 items
1. Round neck printed kurta with short sleeves
2. Color sensational lip gradation fuchsia 1
3. Catwalk bronze embellished wedges
Tried the wedges which i found a size smaller and hence initiated the return request immediately on the same date 29th march, 2017
No one came for the pickup till 5th april, 2017 and then i was out of town. When suddenly i checked the return status of the product it was stated as request closed.
When i came back to delhi i checked with my office boy (Delivery & pickup address was office) who stated that the product is still lying and none came for the pickup. I immediately raised this complaint so that someone can come to pickup the product wherein i was informed that the pickup was not done as the pickup boy found the product dirty which is just not possible as it was unused and moreover no one ever came for the pick up.
Sangria kurti ordered got shrank after 1st wash making it a throw away useless item. Anyways
On 12th april, 2017, i called up jabong customer care again and they asked me to send pictures of the wedges @ [protected]@jabong.com, which was immediately done and i received a message from them that the reverse pickup would be arranged withing 5 working days. However it's 26th april and nothing done yet.
Neither is jabong picking up their product nor are they refunding my money
Extremely poor service
Every time i call them they say... Your complain is being escalated and reverse pickup will be done in next 7 days.
It's a month now since i had raised my return request
