Hi, This is Swetha. I purchased a sky blue color tote bag on 23rd July and returned it back because there is a mark on that bag and it is too small. I returned the bag on 2nd august but till now i didn't get any call or mail about the details.. There is a message about refund of my money RS.299/- but I paid RS.338/- including COD charges what about that???
I don't know whether i have to buy any other item or will i get my money back to my hand????
