[Resolved] Jabong.com — defective/refurbished product selling orderid#[protected] | |||
Hi, I have purchased the product on 26th june 2017 a blue running shoes lee cooper. Order id#[protected] Due to rain didnot 1st month but then i started using since aug 17. After use of 1 week the sole rubber came off as it seems was defective in first place but glued afterwards before sale. As product covers 3 month warranty cover so i searched but didnot find any help in their website regarding same Then after some mail exchange i got the link for warranty claim. Now issue started : 1. I have to follow them up for any update. 2. They sent a mail that return has been initiated and mail sent to concern department to take action 3. For returning also had to chase people to pick up (After 3-4 times got succeeded 4. After pick up received the message refund has been initiated but when i ask for reason no one reply and told back end teams decision. 5. After so many follow up via mail and discussion over phone i have clearly mentioned if product in under warranty so pl first tell me the reason for refund not exchange but no reply. And once i told will raise the consumer court complain then i got call today 18 sep 2017 stating that as brand didnot replied so we took decision exceptionally to refund the money, I have asked i again did you discuss with me for any resolution before (Even i asked many time) I was expecting the resolution : 1. Exchange the product 2. Or refund the full amount (Without discount one) so that can purchase the same product from else where. 3. Or you purchase (Any amount even less then i paid if you get it) and send to me Specifically mentioned in every call and mail while following it up pl give reason for any resolution and discuss with me before. I have right as well to accept the resolution it should not like one way verdict. So now till date 1. Do not got any proper resolution instead rough and unprofessional representative call anytime to waste my time 2. Product got picked up 3. No refund of money Overall feeling cheated and also seems company like jabong selling defective/refurbished/poor quality product during sales. And if some one raise any concern then hassle them and last refund the discounted amount after keeping it for as long as possible so now customer is at full loss Cannot get the product at same rate Enjoy interest free money And last if no one raise anything then lower quality product stock got cleared Pl take action and try to resolve as expected.
