[Resolved] Jabong.com — delay in delivery | |||
I ordered a pair of football shoes from jabong.com on october 13. At that time, i was told that the shoes will be delivered on or before 20 october, but later i was informed that it had been delayed by 6 days and i would be receiving them on or before 26 october. I could understand that because of the festival season so i remained patient but when the shoes were not delivered till 28 october and i was not informed by call or s. M. S or email for further delay, my patience was tested. Later on i was informed that shoes will be delivered on or before 6 november and i haven't received them yet. I am mentally anguished. I demand a compensation of rs 15, 000 for mental agony, time and discomfort they have caused me. The amount of shoes is rs 2826 and order no. Is [protected] and mode of payment is cash on delivery.
