[Resolved] Jabong.com — Delay in Service | |||
I ordered a Kurti from Jabong on 9th Mar 2015.Order No. : [protected].I Paid 1099/- using my Jabong Credit and decided to pay remaining 199/- as COD. But then I decided to cancel the order and sent a cancellation request on 9th Mar 2015 around 11:59PM via SMS.I received a sms from saying they received my cancellation request and they will update me soon.But after 5mins, on 10 Mar 2015, at 12:03 AM I received a mail saying that my item is shipped.I replied and informed them it is already cancelled.Jabong replied me saying that they could not create my cancellation request earlier due to some technical issues, same is created now and my order will be cancelled within 24 hrs and refund will be initiated within 48hrs after cancellation.Ref.16534328.I received this mail on 10 Mar 2015, 1:01 AM(early morning)They also informed since the item is already shipped, I can reject the item once delivery is attempted. Today is 14 Mar 2015, till now my order is not cancelled, not delivered also, my money is also not refunded, I contacted the customer care many times.Each time they are asking for 48hrs to resolve the issue.And they did not even bother to reply to my last 2 mails., I am very much irritated with their service.I am concerned because I already paid for it and I need the money ASEAP.Please resolve it.My order still shows in Transit, same status for the last 4 days.
