In my order no-[protected] (complaint no[protected], i had ordered 2 kurtis and both of them were defective. i found the defect in one of them and raised an exchange request right away (btw, the exchange process of jabong is worst as compared to others).
I could trace the defect in the other product only on its first usage and was very disappointed. so i raised a compliant to customer care. nobody responded for the first 2 days as promised in their customer care policy so i escalated my mail to chief manager for resolution.
I was expecting a replacement or a refund to my product but to my surprise they just said "sorry but cannot do anything about it" and closed my complaint.
I had also asked in my complaint that whether they do any quality check of product before delivering it to customer to that obviously they did not answered.
Guys, please be careful while buying any product from jabong specially with some discount on it as most of the times (based on my experience) they deliver defective or lower quality product. Was this information helpful? |
