Jabong.com — delivered defective product and not responding for the return request | |
They delivered defective product (T shirt) and also without price tag. Then i placed a return request, but their courier person refused to take t shirt due to no price tag on it. Jabong asked me to send them pictures of defective t shirt. I sent the pictures and followed up many times, but never heard back from them. It's pathetic, why i should suffer when error is on their part. Was this information helpful? | |
