[Resolved] Jabong.com — did not get the refund for the canceled order. | |||||
I did a payment of rs.1868.13 on 3rd of november through my paytm wallet numbering. The wallet transaction id of which is [protected]. And the jabong order id is [protected]. This transaction was cancelled by me on the jabong app on 3rd itself. And as per the jabong company the refund was initiated from their end on 4th of november the rrn of which is as follows 20171103111212800110166704513301667. And then there is this one more order on jabong the payment for this one was also done by paytm amount rs.1538.46 on the same date ie. 3rd of november and the refund for this one was also initiated by the jabong team on 4th of november but the refund for this one is also pending. The details of this second order is as follows. Wallet transaction id is [protected]. Jabong order is [protected]. And the rrn for the refund initiated for this order by jabong is 2017110311121280011016656301338035. Its been more than 12 days and now they are asking for the next 5-7 business days for the refund. It's really very disappointing and frustrating too as since last 4 days jabong team is asking me to contact paytm support care since according to them they released the refund amount and it is the paytm company which is delaying. And when i shared the entire info including rrn with paytm they told me no such data exists in their database associated with my wallet. And then they asked me to contact jabong again. And then when i told the same to the jabong they were like get a mail from the paytm stating that they didnt get any amount from jabong and then i did that too. And shared it with jabong. After which today i get a call frok jabong and now they are asking me for mext 5-7 working days since the amount was bounced back to their account before. It is deeply disappointing and i relied on the company that i would get back my total 3.3k in a week and now it has become a very big problem for me. They dont understand. I asked them to atleast request paytm to make it faster as they couldn't keep their promise of refunding the amount in 5-7 business days.
