[Resolved] Jabong.com — failure of delivery on time | |||
My shipment delivery was estimated on 2nd aug 2017. Even after regular followup registaring complaint nd talking to higher authority jabong is unable to deliver my shipment even by 7th aug 2017. Tracking details are not updated they dont have contact details of courier company nor they have idea where the shipment exactly is. So i would like to take this issue to consumer court as jabong fails to give estimated services to their customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
