I have booked one t-shirt vide order id no-[protected] and the product delivered to me on 19/09/16 by jabong's courier partner Ecom . But the product's quality was not up to the mark. So i have requested to return the product and refund the paid amount as per the 15 days return policy of the company. but till date no return has been initiated and no payment has been done to me.
