The jabong website is so fake that if customer wants to exchange or return a product within the validity date the pickup guy is not coming to door step and making a fake update stating that incomplete item. I have the complete item and i have sent the images to the company website but they are dragging and not giving resolution of proper pickup date and they are forcing me to keep the product. The registered email i'd for jabong is [protected]@gmail.com and the order i'd is 111168064729752106103 and the products are octa blue butterfly sun glass and octa cat eye pink sunglass
I have sent numerous emails to the company jabong.com but then they ask me to wait 72 hrs every time on email mode, call mode and chat mode. How can they drag and waste this much time of the customer without giving a proper resolution. Theie pickup guys are so rash and rude and very unprofessional and never come to pickup the order and give a wrong update to the company and the company asks the customers all the images of the products without even asking y their delivery pickup guy did not come for pickup. I m attaching all the images again. The entire product along with price and barcode is available.
