[Resolved] Jabong.com — flipkart and amazon much better than jabong | |||||
When it is clearly mentioned on the site of jabong that card will be accepted when you order by the option of cod, it only depends on the courier guy who needs to have a swapping machine. Now, here comes the pathetic customer handling of jabong. The third party courier service does not have their guys a card swapping machine. And when our pm is talking about going digital with payments, jabong and this third party is telling me to only give hard cash as they can't do anything about the unavailability of swapping machine. When i called the pathetic customer support of jabong, all they have got for me is apology. Tell me will i give my friends whom i have ordered for, their technical apology instead of the gifts in this festive season??? Never have i ever had this kind of issue with flipkart and amazon.
