[Resolved] Jabong.com — Fraud in delivery of the product(Product Not delivered and PAID ONLINE)

I ordered a Trouser from jabong on 30th of OCT and paid for it online but it wasn't delieverd to me rather they send me a sms thet the product has been delivered. from that day onwards i'm calling them daily for the status of the complaint and they are just saying that it is being processed and not telling me any updates and cut the phone saying wait for 48hrs. Now i'm fred up from them and want my money back and my phone bill for all the followups as they never called me back ever. this is the complaint ID[protected] for jabongand order id ending with-79207 thanks and regards, Jayant Goyal [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

Delivery of defective reebok shoes

i ordered reebok shoes on16th march 2014. I found them defective having a hole on the shoe .i would like to request you to kindly give me another pair of origonal reebok shoes.
