[Resolved] Jabong.com — Got an empty package

I had ordered a kurta from jabong and i got an empty torn package. they refused my refund request simply. order id is [protected].
They told me that they have sent the package with the product through courier. i asked them, will there be a chance that the courier team would have snatched the product. they dont have a reply for this. why should i pay for something which i have not received.

Updated by jerryja see my order history. till this order, i had not faced any issue except one return, for which i got the refund after 1 month. this is not acceptable at any cost. i can't believe a site like jabong is not at all faithfull and making money by sending empty packages. was it my mistake for placing a prepaid order. expedite on this. i need a refund otherwise you will face consequences
