[Resolved] Jabong.com — Great Online Shopping Fraud (GOSF) | |||
I had ordered a Faballey blazer during the GOSF sale from Jabong.com which after all the discounts, amounted to Rs. 1587. I paid the amount and was notified that it would be delivered by 24th December, 2014. It was supposed to be dispatched on 19th December, 2014. So, I checked the tracking number on 20th December, 2014, and to my utter surprise, I saw that my order has been cancelled and I haven't been given no intimation about it. Quickly, I went to the site and checked whether the blazer was available, and there it was, available in all the sizes!! But the non- discounted price was Rs. 2700. Dera Jabong, if you can't afford to sell something at a discounted price, why put it up for sale in the first place? This is totally unacceptable and amounts to FRAUD!! I demand that you look into the matter and get me my order as soon as possible!! Was this information helpful? | |||

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Refund against your cancelled has been initiated and the amount will start reflecting in your account within 5-7 working days. Please note that the size you ordered was Small which went out of stock. Currently your product is available in Medium and Large size.
