[Resolved] Jabong.com — Hooper shoe size change | |||||
Hi I am ranjesh, I purchased one product (Hooper Brand shoe)from your site (Jabong). But I mistakenly ordered a wrong size shoe and it is delivered to me. Actually I want No. 8 size shoe, and the delivered shoe is 9 size. I want to replace the shoe immediately. But the problem is, a pickup spot is not available anywhere in my city (Calicut). And it is very shameful that a pickup spot is not available for JABONG in a city like CALICUT. Then how a customer can buy products from your site (Jabong).
