[Resolved] Jabong.com — I couldn't return a product

I've ordered a shirt and some size issues are there, when im trying for return, therre is no pick up from my place. So i clicked for self ship option, then its showing like"no self ship address available". I have send jabong a lot of mails, still no solution has been found, please help.
