I had initiated return of my order on 11th May. I was told it will be picked up within 5 days. Well it is 8 days now and I have heard absolutely nothing about the pick up.
Please contact me asap!!!
I tried to call the customer care number but it goes to an automted message. I need to speak to someone!

Also I need my refund!
