I ordered a red tape brown shoes from this website i think 6 days back. I got it delivered at my office the next day but acidently i ordered a wrong size, the shoe was bigger in size. So i called the jabong customer care up and told them to replace it with a smaller size. I returned the item the next day. And they told me to wait for 3, 4 days for the delivery. Yesterday morning i received a message from Gojavas saying that the item will be delivered by the evening by someone called narender. At the same day after 6.45pm exact time i recived another message saying that the shoes that i ordered has been delivered to myself. Which i haven't.!! If you are not going to find out what happened to the product that i oreded and paid for. I will probably go file a case against this Jabong and Gogavas in the Consumer court. I don't mind spending 10, 000 or more just for that. Because you just cheated on your valuable customers.!! Its not about my 3000 rupees which i spent on the boot.
