We have been contacting jabong for last many days but despite follow ups they are not giving us our exchange items. Our order no is [protected]. We placed this order on 12 July. We received our item and requested for exchange. Their executive came to us on 18 july and took the items with a promise to deliver the items in next 2-3 days. We have receipts their written acknowledgement regarding the pick up.
However despite numerous calls, we are not getting our items. To add to our woes, they are showing their order status as delivered. on 21 July. We have been trying to resolve the issue but to no avail. Service of Flipkart and amazon is far better when it comes to refund and exchange. I am feeling harassed and cheated by their service.
