[Resolved] Jabong.com — Jabong not refunding my money | |||
Hi, My Name is sanjay. I purchased at item from Jabong with order no [protected]. Becuase of size isssue, I raised a return and refund request on 11-July-2014. And the problem starts from then. They want me to fill the web form which I did. After then they told me that item will be picked up with 5 days. It is more than 7 days now and no one has picked up the item. Also my refund has been blocked, and they are saying that they will refund only when it is picked. After multiple followups with them [protected]@jabong.com and [protected]@jabong.com, I am getting just assurance but no concrete answers as why it is not being picked and why my refund is released. I am only getting false assurance but till now no arrangements for pickup and refund. I am loyal customer of Jabong and this is the first time I felt need for return and refund. But sorry to say their After sales support is pathetic. Once they sold, their duty is over. All return policy is just fake and they don't adhere to it. Other e-commerce retailer are way ahead in terms of service. Was this information helpful? | |||
