[Resolved] Jabong.com — Jabong order id [protected]|return initiated for 3 items but refund for none | |||||
With reference to the given above subject had initiated return for 3 items, same has been collected a week back. However no refund initiated for 2 and for 1 initiated but still hasn't hit the bank account. Have been trying to reach the customer care since last two weeks and for hours the number is kept on hold. Even have dropped two/three mails with no reply. I am surprised with the kind of after-sale service they have. Its pathetic to the core, they seem to be completely unreachable.
