[Resolved] Jabong.com — My order has not been marked "delivered" to make any returns. I don't want to run out of time | |||||
ORDER ID [protected] Issue: sizing and no option to have the product collected for return, no drop off option, my order has not been marked as 'delivered.' I had placed my order on (Placed on Thu, 4th Feb'16 at 5:16pm) for DOROTHY PERKINS BLACK ANKLE LENGTH BOOTS Size37| Qty1. The order was supposed to be delivered on 15/02/2016 but was delivered on 12/02/2016. I had two other items ordered on the 5th of Feb, 16 which were delivered on the same day but only those two items have been marked 'delivered' therefore, i can either make a return or an exchange. I called customer care number to give a note on the wrong size that was sent to me and the customer care repeatedly stressed on the fact that the company cannot make any return pick ups in my area ( photos and details are attached alongwith). I was told that I would receive an e.mail within 24 hours after having called the jabong number[protected]. I wish jabong did not make such mistakes because that's not what they advertise on social medias and television sets. Was this information helpful? | |||||
