I ordered nike black court lite shoes from jabong... They were delivered properly but they were not according to my foot size so i preferred the additional size and used the exchange offer... Few days later the delivery boy came and he said that my shoe box is missing a tag... Which they themselves never put on that thing... And he told me to talk to the customer care on[protected]... I talked with the service provider on that number he asked my order number and told me that yes my order is valid and he told me to wait for 3 working days and then he will tell me that what will going to happen with my shoes... I don't understand why i have to wait that much long due to the mistake of their own jobs... They themselves have not put any tag on my shoe box... I have kept them so delicately so that none of the packaging or anything get distructed... This is such a hectic thing to do... Why can't you trust your customers... That delivery boy had came with my exchanged shoes but because of these whole thing he didn't give those shoes to me... I was so disappointed 😖... I believe in god...
