[Resolved] Jabong.com — no exchange available in major pincodes | |||
I ordered a ucb shirt from jabong, but the shirt doesn't fit, as it is size l. I want to exchange them with a size larger pair (Size xl). But jabong doesn't provide any exchange facility for my pincode, as they say that my pincode is not serviceable. When i called their customer service, they said that i have to return it myself by using the self ship option. Now even the self ship option is not available on their site and app. Neither have they responded to my emails. I spent the whole day to sort this thing out. Its just so unprofessional of them. If they can deliver products at one place, they should also be available for pickup. Even if they can't, they should atleast notify the customer that pickup for this product is not available before the customer makes a purchase.
