[Resolved] Jabong.com — No refund-customer care is not picking up | |||||
I tried calling jabong customer care like 10 times a day and no one is picking up. Dropped up an email 8 times didn't got any reply there also. There are two products i want to return but on the website the status of the order is not updated yet. So i am not able to generate the return request and as usual no one is attending my call on the customer care number. Can you please help me to generate a return request for this and schedule a pickup from the same address where delivery was done. Mentioning the details below. Order id : [protected] — Product to be return : trend arrest Navy blue printed palazzo Size : m Reason : size is big Payment return mode : credit card (Same payment mode) Order id : [protected] — Product to be return : trend arrest Multicoloured printed palazzo Size : l Reason : size is big Payment return mode : credit card (Same payment mode) Also 3 already paid products are not delivered to me from past 1 week and ther is no status update on website.
