[Resolved] Jabong.com — No return/refund of cheap quality product

Hello sir/mam.
I bought a jacket from jabong.com. 1 day after the jacket is delivered im told that the jacket is non-refundable, where else while ordering the product it was no where mentioned that i cannot return it. Order no ending 66541. I have tried to reach them so many times. And nobody is willing to help and same ans everytime " product is non returnable". Only after 1 day of buying a product how can it be non returnable. The company is doing fraud. Its customer rights to return product in 15 days from ordering without using it still they fool people.

I have placed a order in jabong.com on 29 jan 2017. The Order ID: [protected]. Order was cancel due to non payment but the amount was cut from my bank account. Please refund my money...

But its not fair that a customer buys something online without seeing the quality of it and they cannot return the same day the product was delivered.
And also it was not mentioned anywhere that the product cant be returned. I have also send the screenshots of jabong app for the same.

Still the team doesnt seemed to be helping.
